Modern life can be really hectic and so taking care of ourselves in terms of physical and mental wellbeing often takes a backseat.

I am trying to invest in a little more in mental self-care these days for example by getting back into more challenging reading and making sure I turn the phone off when I’m trying to relax in the evenings.  It’s easier than you think too.

This is a great & simple list I saw on Pinterest under a wellbeing category that provides some easy tips on implementing better self -care and making the most of life in a positive way.  Hope it helps :).

    1. Absolutely, gardening is the best! I live in New York City now but when we were in England I loved my garden!
