I’m mega sleepy this morning after a super busy Saturday, which started with a 5am wake up call from a spectacular but noisy thunderstorm over New York City. Suffice to say I’m knackered this morning and in need of some sort of comfort food that’s tasty & nutritious:).
Today’s clean eating breakfast is a one pan wonder of pan-fried eggs with black beans and veggies that I enjoy regularly. It’s got totally awesome good fats from the eggs, clean carbs and protein from the beans and some vitamins and minerals from the veggies.
