Green Day: Smoothie Bowl

Happy weekend!  The sun is shining and I’ve just enjoyed this light but delicious breakfast, the perfect start to the day.

I make this green smoothie bowl regularly and I just love the combination of mango, spinach and banana for the base with kiwi, blueberry and nuts & seeds for the toppings. It’s really satisfying and will help me get through a day of recipe testing and meal prepping.  This food blogger never stops 😉 so look out for lots of new recipes & tips coming your way.

This bowl contains vitamins C and K in particular, along with iron from the spinach and potassium from the banana and mango.  YES YES!
