I’m Pro Protein: Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs

Forget morning slumps with a gloriously sunny breakfast of classic scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on a toasted everything bagel.  This is the work of my better half with his scrambled eggs raised to legendary status in our house.  He’s the only one allowed to make scrambled eggs as mine are certainly not worthy; something my kids will testify to;).

This is a protein filled breakfast and a great start to the day food-wise.  Protein at breakfast keeps you satisfied and fuller for longer meaning you tend to make healthier food choices as the day goes by.  Not much more to say except that I hope you have an excellent day!
