Snack the Rainbow: Fruits

Thankfully we’re back to our normal daily routine after nearly 24 hours of snow and icy rain here in New York.

I’ve got masses to do today and need to ensure I have plenty of snacks to keep me going whilst I’m running around.

One of the easiest ways to snack cleverly is with a variety of colored fruit that provides plenty of vitamins and minerals plus it looks pretty.  We love pink grapefruit in our family along with strawberries and grapes so it’s an easy win.  I also really like RX snack bars which have minimal but extremely nutrient dense ingredients.
