I saw this picture on Google today and it really made me smile as it said it would. I adore bananas but unfortunately I am alone in this as the rest of the family won’t touch them :(. So I keep them tucked neatly away in the freezer to be used in smoothies and blended juices for my very personal enjoyment!
I have mentioned before how useful bananas can be for treating conditions such PMS. Bananas are rich in vitamin B6 and potassium, which can stop you from retaining water and feeling bloated. Too little potassium can cause muscle cramping — the last thing you want when menstrual cramps loom and make you feel less than your best.
