A speedy blog for a speedy subject today – a fast breakfast. When you’re time strapped like I was this morning, but want to make sure you have a satisfying and nutritious start to the day, then a fast foodie breakfast is the answer.
This morning’s breakfast took no more that 5 minutes to prepare. I just sliced up some fresh fruit, added some berries, pan-fried an egg in a very hot pan and blitzed some kale, frozen mango and banana plus little water for green juice in the blender. All done and on the table in a few minutes.
Short, sweet, savory, easy, nutritious and delicious. Who wouldn’t want that as a kickstart to their day?
