So this is my 3rd post about avocados! I just love them so much and have been eating them regularly for the past 10 years, eating them in the same way for the same amount of time! I either mash them on toast to have with eggs, slice them up into salads or blend them into smoothies. I also make them with cocoa powder into a delicious chocolate avocado mousse.
However it can be used in many other yummy ways and you should be trying to include them into your diet every week as it is rich in potassium, vitamin K, vitamin E and mono-unsaturated fats.
