I love love love Avocados! I’m not alone here in this respect because this humble fruit is so versatile for cooking and eating. It’s not just an ingredient for guacamole, it can be used in a variety of different ways to add color, smooth texture and creamy flavor to dishes.
Avocado is much lauded as a nutrition powerhouse. Each glorious green avocado pear contains healthy fats as well as fiber, potassium, and stacks of vitamins.
