Celebrating 4th July weekend can be tricky for those who are keeping an eye on alcohol consumption.  I for one don’t drink much these days but when I fancy a drink, I stick to red wine or the odd glass of dry white or rose.  I find these wines don’t make me feel bloated and contain less sugar which helps me with weight maintenance.
